Well. It’s pretty clear that I’m sorta sick of working on this comic. My life and work is busy, of course, but that’s not the main problem. I’m pretty burnt out on Heard and drawing in general. Feeling pretty sure that there’s no future in it for me and therefore no point in continuing.

I probably just need to bury myself in comics I love and work on new projects.

I’m going to try to finish Heard as quickly as I can. Within the next 20-30 pages or something. However, I’ll probably work on short side-stories and backstories and upload them sporadically, even after the story is officially over.. anyway, that’s still in the future.

I’m going to stop keeping all of these feelings bottled up. I’m just going to be honest about what I’m feeling. I’m sorry if it’s disappointing.

You, the reader, are the only reason I’ve even kept going this long.. And the only reason I’m going to finish.

Thanks for the recent supportive messages. I appreciate it.

Man, I am really burnt out on Heard. Even though we’re getting so close to the end, I just have a hard time staying motivated to finish.

I’m still answering questions on my tumblr with drawings, so feel free to ask away. (Lately I’m mostly drawing Jojo fanart, though.)

A lot has happened since the last update. I turned 25, went on vacation for 9 days in Japan, rang in the new year, and came back to work..

I’m definitely having a quarter-life crisis. Oh well, I’ll just keep reading and re-reading Jojo’s Bizarre Adventure until it’s cured.

lololol i lied about updating once a week. Sorry, bros. I’m marginally better about updating my facebook and tumblr. So maybe you wanna get in on that action so we can hang out and be bros?

Thanks for all of the nice messages lately, on tumblr and stuff. (I’m still drawing responses to questions on my tumblr. It just takes me a while..)

ALSO the people in the last panel are some awesome bros, Gibson Twist and Rori. Sometimes we all get together and talk about our feelings, and then afterwards I draw them horribly in my comic. Neat, huh?

Oh snap an update. Updates should run about once a week. But not necessarily the same day. Woopsiedoodles.

Here’s an update. Sorry for the delay. Drawing seems to be taking me longer but I’m having fun with it, anyway.

Something about living in Korea means that I spend more days sick than healthy. Oh well. That’s my fate for the next… while.
